1. Where are the red light cameras?

They are located at the following intersections in Milton:

• Highway 90 and Glover Lane


• Highway 90 and Parkmore Plaza Drive


• Dogwood Drive and Hamilton Bridge Road

2. What do I do if I receive a notice?

All instructions are printed on the notice. Go to www.ViolationInfo.com and log on with the information provided on the notice. There you can view video of the incident and the images captured.

3. How much is the fine and what about my driving record?

Violations will be assessed a $158 statutory penalty and no points will be assessed.

If the fine is not paid in a timely fashion a "Uniform Traffic Citation" will be issued and increased penalties could be assessed including court costs.

4. What happens when you make a left or right hand turn at an intersection utilizing a red-light camera?

If the vehicle is within the intersection at the time the light turns red, you will not be issued a violation. Remember to drive carefully and watch for pedestrians and bicyclists.
