The Milton Garden Club is working to have the Florida Department of Transportation designate Highway 87 as a Blue Star Memorial Highway, from the intersection of US Highway 90 in Milton to the Alabama state line. The Milton City Council voted in support of this effort and proceeded with a resolution.
