Bargaining Unit for City Employees

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, ACKNOWLEDGING A DEFINED BARGAINING UNIT OF CITY EMPLOYEES AND RECOGNIZING SANTA ROSA CENTRAL LABOR COUNCIL, INC. AS THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE DEFINED BARGAINING UNIT.

The attached Proposed Bargaining Unit of the Santa Rosa Central Labor Council is hereby recognized and acknowledged by the City of Milton, Florida as the appropriately defined collective bargaining unit of employees of the City, the unit consisting of approximately 78 employees.

The City of Milton, Florida has obtained verification by independent card check that Santa Rosa Central Labor Council, Inc. has been selected by a majority of the employees in the defined bargaining unit to be the collective bargaining representative of the employees in the defined bargaining unit.

The City of Milton, Florida hereby recognizes and acknowledges Santa Rosa Central Labor Council, Inc. as the collective bargaining representative of the employees in the defined bargaining unit.
