Senior Citizens Program
The Clyde L. Gracey Community Center is the home to a wide variety of activities to each week such as movies, bingo, arts, games, exercise classes, programs, luncheons, dances, pickleball and much more.
Our Senior Program Coordinator is Joe Paschal invites you to offer your suggestions and ideas for programs and events to be held at the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center in Milton. E-mail Joe Paschal, or reach him at 850-983-5466, ext. 4210.

We are bringing classes back as instructors and space allows us while trying to keep everyone as safe as possible while dealing with COVID-19. Please be patient as classes and programs will be constantly changing.
Weekly Activities
Monday
8:45 to 9:45 a.m. - Tai Chi; join this awesome exercise program that helps you with your balance, movements, as well as your flexibility.
9 a.m. to noon - Game Time; join other seniors for a game of cards or other games and enjoy free refreshments (coffee)
9 a.m. - Beginning Bridge; a great way to learn the basics of bridge including how to keep score, bid, and other strategies.
11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. - Line Dancing; a great way to get some exercise while picking up a few dance steps, modern country and western dance steps. Come and join the fun with instructor Erin Boyle; $5 per class.
12 noon - Bridge; join our bridge group for a fun time playing recreational rubber bridge.
Tuesday
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Pickleball
9 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Yoga; $5 per class.
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Chair Yoga; $5 per class.
Wednesday
8:45 to 9:45 a.m. - Tai Chi; join this awesome exercise program that helps you with your balance, movements, as well as your flexibility.
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Artist gathering; join our artist as they get together to work on their art, talk, and help each other improve their craft.
10 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Senior Wellness; this is a chair based exercise class hosted by John Fitzgerald and Blake Pablo. This class is low impact exercises to help you maintain your mobility and independence.
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Pickleball
Thursday
9 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Pickleball
1 p.m. to 3 p.m. - Bingo; First card is free and each additional card is $1.
Friday
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Pickleball
9 a.m. to noon - Game Time; join other seniors to play cards and other games.
9 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Yoga; $5 per class.
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Chair Yoga; $5 per class.
1 p.m. - Pickin' and Grinnin'; join our talented seniors have as they play music. Everyone is welcome to join and have a good time listening.
Monthly Activities
Bunco - Come out and have fun "rolling the bones" and playing Bunco. Bunco is the first Tuesday of each month from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Lunch and Learn - join us the first Wednesday of each month at noon to learn about an issue affecting seniors. Limited space is available so please RSVP by contacting Joe Paschal at 850-983-5466. Registrations are taken until the last Friday before the event or when the available spots are full.
Let's Sing Karaoke - join us the first and third Wednesday of each month to sing the afternoon away starting at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to participate or listen to our singers have fun and talk music.
RSVP Fun Bunch - the Fun Bunch meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m. in the Gracey Room. After a brief meeting there will be a time to play bingo if you wish.
Tunes for Tuesday - Join us the second and fourth Tuesday of every month for an entertaining evening of music with a special charge from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Gracey Room.
Talk with a Doc - This event is held the second Wednesday of every other month in the Gracey Room at the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center and is hosted by Santa Rosa Medical Center at 11 a.m. Limited space is available so please RSVP by contacting Joe Paschal at 850-983-5466. Registrations are taken until the last Friday before the event or when the available spots are full.
